When you use Flattr, we collect the photos you upload for analysis, your account information (email address), and usage data to improve the app experience. We do not sell your personal data.
2. How we use your data
Your photos are processed to generate your personal style guide. They are not stored permanently unless you choose to save your results. We use account information to manage your subscription and communicate with you about the service.
3. Photo processing
Photos you submit are processed using AI analysis to identify colour, features, and proportions relevant to your style guide. Processed images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of analysis completion unless you explicitly save them.
4. Data sharing
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties. We use trusted service providers to operate the app, each bound by confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also withdraw consent for data processing, which will result in deletion of your account and associated data.
