1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Flattr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. The service
Flattr provides personal style analysis and styling tools based on photos and preferences you submit. The app produces a colour, fit, hair, makeup and jewellery guide, a try on Studio, a digital wardrobe with outfit suggestions, a holiday packing tool, and a personal Stylist chat. Recommendations are produced using automated analysis of the inputs you provide, and are for informational and personal guidance purposes only. Results vary based on photo quality and individual features.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 17 years old to use Flattr. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use the service for commercial purposes without our written consent.
4. Content you submit
You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of generating your style guide, rendering your Studio try ons, building your digital wardrobe, and powering your Stylist conversations. You must only submit photos of yourself or persons who have given explicit consent.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Premium features (Studio, your digital wardrobe with style ingredients, outfit suggestions and builder, holiday packing, Shop the look deep links, and unlimited Stylist conversations) require a paid subscription, available as Monthly ($14.99 a month) or Annual ($99.99 a year, save 44 per cent). The Monthly plan begins with a 3 day free trial for new subscribers; the Annual plan is billed at purchase and does not include a free trial.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel or change plans in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Apple App Store refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice, communicated in-app or by email.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Flattr to submit harmful, illegal, or offensive content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service. The Stylist chat is intended for personal styling discussion; it is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, or other professional advice. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Automated content
Studio renders, outfit suggestions, packing capsules and Stylist replies are produced by automated systems, including machine learning models. They are illustrative and personalised but are not guarantees of fit, suitability or outcome. Always use your own judgment before purchasing, booking a salon visit, or making other decisions based on Flattr’s recommendations.
8. Disclaimer
Flattr is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of style recommendations. The service is not a substitute for professional styling advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on app recommendations.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
